Thanks for a great presentation. I have tested a demo version of Tickera and I like it very much, the tool for creating a seating plan is really great. However, a big drawback, in my case, is the lack of support for recurring events, like theatre plays. Do you know if this feature will be implemented?

I am helping this organisation to create QR Tickets for their event (a free event) and I want the ability to: A) Import a CSV file to generate the tickets B) Email all 300 tickets to each guest (bulk email on a given date) C) Scan the QR Code tickets as they arrive for the event. It's fairly easy but during the setup there can be some weird quirks such as styling and layout that might be adjusted depending on the theme being used. Are you in the USA?

The reason I ask is I have started a new software as a service company rfidify.com and we started out as an RFID cashless payment system for events and I'm almost done developing phase 2 which is ticketing and access control. The difference is our software is all managed by us and not you. So we are trying to be the cheapest, easiest to use software that also incorporates RFID cashless payments

You need a plug-in such as wp mail smtp for reliable email delivery

Thank you , a very good video. we're looking to implement this solution . However I am still concerned about several issues , mainly about usability and practicability. , not necessarily set up . I have emailed Tickera support and if I do not manage to find out , if you do not mind, I will email you . One issue I can place directly :. I understand that Tickera does not email or store the PDF tickets , it generates them automatically with the link is accessed ? is this the case ? I am slightly concerned that no one will save the ticket ahead of the event ( either download on the phone or print ) and 1500 people will generate the ticket the minute before the security check , in this way … Although I use a dedicated server that only runs another banner app , I cannot guarantee that the server will not experience timeout . Have you experienced this issue ? Thank you .

That is correct, tickera does not store any PDF's on your site, they are generated on demand and downloaded by the user, not stored in any way. I can say, that tickera is developed very well. 1,500 tickets would be no issue at all, like i said we did about 3,000, and out of that, probably half of those were done on the day of the event in our "box office". I understand your concern about people waiting until the last minute to download them, but i dont think this will be much concern. The requests only last for 1 second at most, so it is highly unlikely that so many would click on them at the exact same time, that your web server would go down. Even if staggered by a few seconds, your web server should be able to handle the requests without issue. Hope this helps!

@@TheKMZ1 Hi man great great video about Tickera. But I am a bit confused about this link. Is this a new company/plugin you have created that sells tickets in a different way than Tickera?

@@businessaccount4792 I created My Ticket Space, it is a managed tickera offering, meaning you don't have to buy a tickera license, you dont have to set tickera up at all, you sign up for our service which we use Tickera on the back end, and you can create your own "ticket space" website front end and design it just like a regular site. The difference is that we charge a flat 50 cents per ticket, whereas tickera's model is different. So we are a managed tickera offering, so just a different model. A lot of people want to have this already set up for them and not have to deal with all the configuration.
