Yoooo I live in Jersey, every weekend or 2 I drive to Philly just for a cheesesteak 40 minute ride. This place is 15 minutes away from me. Just got one yesterday. They are specialists, which I love. Hardly anything BUT a cheeseteak. Liscio seeded roll (they are dark and chewy as hell), Cooper Sharp...perfect ratio. You found the spot.

Just got one yesterday it was really good well seasoned. Curly's comfort is still my personal favorite because they pack theirs with more meat and cheese which matters to me more because I love cheese 😂

😂 I love cheese too but too much Cooper Sharp gets too thick and overwhelming imo. Curlys was my #2 behind JRP so you know I ain’t mad at that pick

This is dope. Thanks for the review. That shop used to be the old Woodbury Cold Cuts that I went to for years. I was bummed when they left but glad a good place took it over and is still sending good products out the door.

Man when I saw your post on IG I knew I had to try it. This one was definitely elite for me because of the flavor and bread the kids and wife said it was excellent! You know it's a good cheesesteak bread when it reheats well. I reheated it the next day and it basically tasted almost like I just bought it.

That’s exactly what I thought. I loved the flavor and how it was basically just as good when I finished it later that night. I know you like firm rolls but this one was right in the middle which was perfect imo. Glad you n the fam liked it

The 1st bite was that good lol… I’m never out that way but it was a “try a Jersey cheesesteak” kind of day and I recently heard they were pretty good

That was the best Liscio’s roll I ever had. Super fluffy and not overly crusty or dense. I like the harder rolls for hoagies and roast pork or beef sandwiches

Very nice review! I didn't go as nuts over them as you did. I certainly liked it, but it wasn't one of my favorites. I think the one I had could have used just a touch more seasoning. I'm sorry you didn't get one from Cockadoodle Dan's. Those are one of my favorites. I love the way they season them.
