I made beer chicken last week. I put 2 chickens on my Davey and was able to smoke both in about 2.5h. Very delicious!

I wanted this grill, but they stopped making it. I just got the Trek, but it's not as portable. Also, looks like you put the probe along the chicken back. That's not the thickest part.

Good video, easy to follow. It makes me want to smoke a chicken right now! Did you brush with olive oil or any other oil? What herbs were used?

I noticed your Wifi controller has an antenna. Did that come with the Davy Crockett unit? Mine did not.

That chicken looks like you burned it is it dry it out

Well when you cook a chicken to 180° you are overcooking it.

I'm a cheapskate Earth Sense had the Davy Crockett very very cheap shipped to my door I could not refuse I'm not a cook I'm not a smoker Davy Crockett does all the work for me almost almost

Alright, I know its 2020 and we are supposed to give out participation ribbons but DUDE. You destroyed that chicken. I hope you got it for cheap. Way overcooked and you cooked it at a high temperature. USE GOOGLE to find out the acceptable done temperature of chicken. Its not 180°. Smoke it at 225° until it hits 165° in the thickest part. Period.
