We are from Canada. We always watch youtube for travel tips. Last week we were in Auckland and went to this Chinese Seafood Restaurant Cypress Restaurant. We can't believe we had the chance to taste the Blacktip abalone at good price $150NZD per kg. We bought a big size .7kg at about NZD 108 or USD 70. If you have a chance, please profile seafood dishes of NZ like mussels, lobster, abalone and etc. Before I came this trip, I tried very hard to find where to eat abalone....To us, there is nowhere in US or Canada we can eat this at this price.
