Best Chocolate Cake/Quick and Easy chocolate Cake with chocolate ganach /gawa's kitchen

tried and tested by gawa's kitchen
2 cups sugar
1+3/4 cup Cake flour/All purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk /room temp
2 eggs room temperature
1/2 cup oil
1cup hot coffee
2 teaspoons vanilla essence/extract
bake in pre-heated oven
175 degrees Celsius
filling
1 cup sweet whipping cream or fresh cream
if using fresh cream add icing sugar for sweetness
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons Nutella spread /optional
ganach
100ml -125 ml nestle dessert cream or cream of choice
100g Cadbury dark chocolate
100g Cadbury milk chocolate
2 tablespoons Nutella spread

Yes, you can. That's the only 1 my family asked me to make for their birthdays u can also make it into cupcakes. I usually cut the cupcakes in the center add caramel and cream with ganach on top
