Aslm gawa shukran for the delicious recipe ..can I use cooking chocolate instead of Cadbury coz I find tht Cadbury takes long to set will it still taste the same?

U can use cooking chocolate if that's all you have on hand as long as you have flake on top should be fine,I just prefer the Cadbury to baking chocolate just placed my whole tray in fridge for few minutes and chocolate set😊

This is such a creative idea by taking the flake concept and turning it into a delicious chocolate biscuit. I have never came across this before. Can not wait to try it. Thanks for sharing….oh and I’m sure you meant to say 1 cm thickness for the biscuit and not 10 cm. 😅💕

Maizena is another name for cornstarch it gives the cookies a crisp Crumbly texture it's used in all shortbread like cookies

Jazakallah for the reply!! I made this recipe yesterday, but didn’t have cornflour so didn’t use it, but I added in extra flake chocolate, but my biscuits spread when baking. (But was still super tasty!) What could I do next time to make it exactly like yours? Jzk :)

Hope u enjoy it,in this video I used Bonita salted butter but u can use unsalted as well ,Real butter is expensive so I usually buy the one that's on special u could also do margarine but for me personally real butter gives it a better taste

Egg substitute is physillium husk flour, found in the health section at all department stores or at dischems
