Slm Gawa. Lovely recipe. Thank you again. They were coming out perfect before but lately they’re all dropping in the centre. Any idea on what I’m doing wrong. Maybe too much raising agent🤷🏻‍♀️. Please give me your thoughts. Jzk🌹💖

They not supposed to drop,I can't say what u doing wrong but never had anyone saying that happened,it also bakes very quickly so not sure if it's not fully baked when u remove,really difficult to say,if u using the ingredients I listed it can't be to much raising agent,also be advised not my recipe I didn't create it,my family just been using it for years without fail.

U can use any baking margarine if u don't have butter,Rama should be fine if it's 70 %fat and it says baking on packet😊

Yes u can sandwich with jam but because it has jam in the coating it can be eaten without the cream
