It felt good knowing I was ontrack according to John during this impromptu video. Bar Keepers friend being used on a bar comment still makes me laugh.

Just building out a small 2bb brewing system and generating our SOP for cleaning and sterilization of the system. We know what we’re doing and don’t have the time to make a protocol for the State . Long days and classes in brewing make no time for that. If you guys sold a cut and paste best practice for brewing systems that would rock. Just a thought in case you don’t have enough on your plate unlike those of us at Spicer’s Winery in Fenton Michigan. 😉

Hi there @danielbartlett2381, and thanks for the comment. Each state does have specific codes and rules, making it tricky to navigate, especially when you are brewing primarily. We totally get it. While we don't have a comprehensive SOP that takes each state's laws into account, I can suggest reaching out to Tom on our Pro Brewing Team. He is a wealth of wisdom and resource for many brewers, both veteran and newer to the field. He's at probrewing@blichmannengineering.com or you can call (765) 421-2018. Hope that helps, and thank you for the great suggestion. Keep us posted on your system build out-know you will do great things!

Mead maker here. What does Blichmann make that could help me scale up from one-gallon carboys?

Hi there @Martharetallick204, and thanks for reaching out! I would actually suggest our Anvil Stainless Steel Bucket Fermenter. It's definetly scaling up to a vessel that is more durable and long-lasting. We've had brewers and mead makers rave about it's performance. Here is the direct link: www.anvilbrewing.com/ferment/bucket-fermenter.

@@BlichmannEngineering Looked at the website, which notes that your are located in Lafayette, Indiana. Is that where you manufacture the Anvil line? I prefer to buy US-made products whenever possible.
