One way to stop unwanted noise is to lay your fingers on the strings in front of the slide. ie. if you’re ring finger has the slide, keep your index and middle fingers resting on the strings. This can take time to get comfortable with!​@@zulhilmiabdwahab687

It’s a 50’s Vintera Fender Strat (2020 I think) with DiMarzio cruiser pickups. And I replaced the neck with a Fender roasted maple neck.

@@jan279 I’m not so sure. You would think that, but I did a gig recently for a bunch of 30-something, male, US Marines, and they all love Coldplay! I learned some extra Coldplay songs just for that event 😎 I agree that many people overlook their greatest because much of their music is soft and not hard rock. It’s their loss.
