Thanks for all the feedback and please keep them coming! Here's some additional information that viewers have pointed out to me: - Magical scrolls are weighted towards 9-10 attack. It seems to average about 9.6 attack. - 1 ATT = 4~5 stat for mid-game and 1ATT = 2-2.5 stat towards end game. - There are specific glove attack scrolls. Gloves have 70% (+2 att or matt) and 30% (+3 att or matt) attack scrolls from spell traces. - Shields have 60% (+2 att, +1 str) and 30%/10% (+3 att, +2 str) attack scrolls, which are still much more affordable than the really expensive options. There are also MATT counterparts. These scrolls should be better than just using the 70%/30% stat spell trace options until late game where it depends on your stat to attack ratio.

Just wanted to say this has been a super helpful guide in understanding how to scroll :) I just recently hit 200 and watched your video on gear progression and decided to go for the budget friendly build of 3 CRA + 5 absolab. Couple of questions though, which pieces take priority in terms of scrolling and potential? Also how do flames work and what should I be looking for when I buy gear off the AH? Just good base main stat/potential? There’s just so much info I’ve been trying to search up but your guide has been the most helpful! Thanks again.

Wow thank you so much for your comment! I'm currently overseas and unable to make guides until early July, and your questions are all questions I'd like to answer in future guides. To keep the answers short though, if you want budget friendly by buying each absolab piece from the AH, try to find some that have about 80 stat. So about 1% ~ 10 stat at end game. So +6% all stat and +20 str on a flame would be like +80 stat. Potentials, focus on upgrading everything in increments, everything epic then move on to getting everything to unique, etc. But, you can also focus first on upgrading SWE (Secondary weapon, weapon, and emblem) because those three items have a much higher effect of raising your stats (boss dmg, %att, ied)

I’m a returning player on the reboot server and the past 20 items I tried to enhance allow me to star force them but the scroll option is not available. Why’s that happening? Is it specific to the items I have or is it due to being in reboot, or is it something else? Would greatly appreciate any help!!

Someone asked a similar question in the comments so I'll just quote my previous response: "The number of ATT/MATT added on weapons only increases based on your weapon's current ATT/MATT stat, with the star adding one more ATT/MATT for every 50 ATT/MATT you have on the weapon. For example, if you currently have 246 attack, the next star you get will give you +5. Then at 251, the next star will give you +6. However, ATT/MATT is automatically adjusted for weapons now so it's safe to star force first without fully upgrading the equipment. The point I tried to explain the video is that innocence scrolling and trying to get two hammer slots in a row is statistically easier (so less meso cost) than having to CSS back the slots if the hammers fail at the end (10% for CSS vs 50% for innocence)." I'll most likely do a star forcing guide in the future so stay tuned!

Great content, but the audio too soft. You can see the levels on youtube by right click -> stats for nerds -> volume: -4.3 dB. Ideally it should be between -2 to 0 dB. Turn up the mic gain and move it closer to your face first, if still not loud enough then amplify digitally. Audacity is a free audio editing software that you can use. You should also export audio in mono to avoid balancing issues

ok but explain why you shouldnt star force at 8 scrolled weapons and then get the last 2 scrolls after star forcing, I always scroll to +8 star force +10 then find a way to hammer the last 2 slots and then scroll the last 2 slots, does it really make a difference? Explain what the difference is

Thanks for your question! This question has to do more on the topic of star forcing but basically, the number of added all stat increases based on how many previous stars you have. This occurs on the 6th and 11th star. The number of ATT/MATT added on weapons only increases based on your weapon's current ATT/MATT stat, with the star adding one more ATT/MATT for every 50 ATT/MATT you have on the weapon. For example, if you currently have 246 attack, the next star you get will give you +5. Then at 251, the next star will give you +6.
