This is a good video. More of these in detail would be great such as breaking it down into regions of the country and weather (some say southern Spain is too hot in summer) and natural disaster risk (wildfires, etc)

Hello from Texas, so interesting that early morning for the first time was looking at Estonia instead of Portugal since is more advanced in ways that moving abroad may be more easier for a way early retiree with MS & mobility problems compared to Portugal that have to show up in person for almost everything. Great informative video as always :)

It is worth having a Portuguese tax attorney take a look at your income and how you receive it. Many people find that the taxes while higher than the USA aren't terrible.

That was a great informative vid again! Hey so it is always mentioned, "digital nomad" and am wondering if you MUST work when moving abroad even if you are not rich?!...but have enough as a single that you could live better off than not. I don't want to have to find work or figure our the whole digital nomad thing. Is such possible? Just wondering your thoughts on the subject. Thank you!!!

Great question. Thank you. We should clarify. No you do not have to work or do the digital nomad thing. You can just move and live within your means or our even skip the move and sell everything then be a nomad and travel from country to country staying as long as your travel visa allows. That is what we wish we had done!!!!
