I say hope because I'm not confined to wearing wigs but other styles that allow my scalp to breath. Yessssss!! Like I told someone else if you are not "faithful" in the wig grip hold, get the crochet cap that has the clips or add clips to your cap. Cornrow 1 braid down each side of hair head (using the back half of hair) and anchor thr cap using clips to those. Either way, let me know how you like the style

I have that thin spot, but I have scarring alopecia. And with my doctors help, I’ve eliminated the inflammation, and started PRP and I have a laser comb, which has replaced about 95% of my fullness/density after one session.
