if you enable the watering can with fake players in the config and the activator module still doesn't work you might be inside an ftb claimed chunk, in which case you either need a security upgrade or have to enable fake players in the ftb settings

I know this is about getting Inferium but you can use the farmland and with each tier of farmland it add a 20% yield or something like that for IMPERIOM SEED ONLY (if I'm right lol) Supremium should be 200%

Just a note, if you put a silent gear hoe in the pylon, it'll break but always has 1 durability and the pylon sees that and works continuously with it at 1 durability.

The Scythe puts entities into the world (just dire things clicker is better for that but same thing issue) lagggg! The pylon doesn't do that so it's better for your world 😉 also bees are the official best way to get essence and resources

That's more end-game-ish but Hydroponic Bed from Industrial Foregoing boosted by an accelerator (with souls from a Warden) is far quicker and provide way less lag than other solutions

@@Pilpoh Oh yeah that's right, my bad. But I think growth accelerator and growth crystal from Mystical Agriculture work with the hydroponic bed, since it act as a normal crop? This combine with ether gas into hydroponic bed and that would be insanely fast.

Sneak toggle on and keybind right click to spacebar (just esc the jump). Weight the bar and it's faster than autoclick. Especially in Skyblock versions to collect pebbles. Works very well with auto fish setups too (the bar part, not sneak lol). Essentially any right click activity is such a relief when I tried this method. I folded paper to fit my bar and weighed it with half a bottle of vitamin gummies for an hour for atm9tts and filled 5 danks (t3 or t4, can't remember now). Saved a ton of time having to use right click manually.

@@Pilpoh that's clever! If my mouse wasn't so finicky, I would've used that. Also, because my mouse is finicky, I found any buttons on the keyboard are 3x faster than holding the mouse button. At least mine anyways. Latency is great and no delays or lag, but doesn't seem rapid long-click works very well. I click much faster than the response cycle for holding the button 😂

Hydroponic beds are probably the best right now, also work with accelerators from what I've been told. The Xycraft planters are awesome though, started using them in my multiplayer series recently! 😁

If you shift right click the watering can while no looking at anything (I tend to look at the sky) you can set the watering can to automatically water (you can tell it’s on when the watering can glows or looks enchanted)

Lily pads of fertility are a pain to make now, compared to ATM9. So I may have to try something like this if I don't switch to bees first. Currently, I'm doing the harvester pylon, red fertilizer, and MA growth accelerator method without lily pads of fertility. For anyone who hasn't yet found Allthemodium, if you've gotten enough essence, you can make an unbreakable Supremium Hoe from Mystical Agriculture to use in the harvester pylon. If that's too expensive, and especially if you have Refined Obsidian seeds, you can spam Refined Obsidian Hoes as they have 4096 durability and a set of 9 will last a while.

I use silent gear iron hoe for the pylon. For some reason, the hoe never break, it always stay at 1 durability and still able to harvest the crops.

I had a Silent Gear pickaxe break on me in my playthrough. It was unexpected, as I thought Silent Gear items essentially had the unusing enchantment built in, like Tinker tools did. Might want to test this with a cheap SG hoe first.

@ i think it has something to do with FTB ultimate mod, my silent gear pickaxe broke while I was having it active. I had already MI farms for most of the resources needed with the growth accelerates and SG iron hoe pylon

You dont need a fancy hoe at all, use a wooden SilentGear one they never break they stop at 1 durability, itll stay in there working forever..

Very cool video! Thank you. I learned some things. But I surest you have a look at XyCraft Machines' Accelerated Planter in use with a Mystical Agriculture Harvester. Lightning fast. No durability and doesn't require end-game material to build. Plus it'll take up far less space. That said, I really liked your build. It looks modern.

It looks cool right? Those accelerated planters can be stacked one on top of another to make them go crazy quick but it causes some huge lag so use it sparingly 😁

in ATM10, have a look at the celestigem hoe, from justdirethings, with a simple drop teleport upgrade, any dirt tilled with the hoe, will teleport full grown plants to a chosen chest instantly, would also mean you can put an accelletator above the water source

The celestigem hoe is kinda slow... you can see some small domes in the water under all of this near my sub, in those they have the echo alloy hoe dirt and even that is kinda slow compared to the pylon and a hoe with a dim or ender chest 😉 Also the red fertiliser doesn't work on the JDT farmland unfortunately and red farmland is a little better (I did a bit of testing) You can see all my workings out in my let's play 😉

@ that's fair, in my world I use growth accelerators and a bunch of mystical accelerators, and it works really fast, currently have up to blue (the blue tier is the only one I forget the name of) accelerators, and a few AE2 ones, and I get loads, I don't have a figure currently cause I forget how long I play 😅

Note that Mystical Growth Accelerator columns only affect one plant each. Plants on another layer will not grow faster

If you shift rightclick the air with the watering can it enables an auto-watering function and you don't need to hold any button at all anymore. Just aim at the ground afterwards and the watering can will keep working. You can even tab out of the game and do other things in the meantime

Light is usually why plants pop off, you need a decent amount of light around 😉 Water logging the pylon just means that you can use that block for both watering the crops and collecting the items!

Ok, I know it's also probably a bug, or at least a poorly documented/marked feature, but you can put the watering can into automatic watering and it will start watering by just being selected on your hotbar. I use this to walk away. Its nice because it it will water multiple layers ofy farm. I really don't know how I activate it, which is why I call it a possible bug. If someone knows how to do it properly, I'd love to hear, lol. I can explain what I do to make it work but hopefully its not a bug and a more knwowdable person can chime in, lol... I make my farms 1 high and in a loaded chunk. To get around my farm I use a personal shrinking device. I'm using modular routers to route my traffic in lieu of ender storage. Ill have to check out dimStorage!

Watering cans will make your world very laggy if you try and set them up to be automated, just using the growth accelerators and leaving them to it will get you all the materials you need 😁 i think you can shift rightclick a watering can to make it automatically work in your inventory 😉

Would it be better/worse if I use dire soil (specifically eclipse soil) and get rid of the harvester pylon and not use the mystical growth accelerator but keep the router and AE growth accelerator? Because the dire soil is very good and fast.

The red fertiliser has been tested against JDT eclipse soil and the red fertiliser is quicker. The harvest rate is also quicker on the pylon even at default settings 😉

I just used growth accelerators, but then again I do use a harvestor rather than a pylon, and the pylon seems to be much better for this. Ow daumn wateringcan, I am gonna change my config... Lag... I am gonna pass then. Industrial foregoing fertilizer does work in my testing.

Yes, I was stupid. I was living as a hobit so my light level wasn't enough to grow them. Figure out 3 hours later but yes.

Depends what you are planting, for MA seeds it doesn't need to replant it will harvest and leave the seed there. If its other things it might break the seed and for that you could use the planter from Industrial Foregoing 😉

What version are you on? because it really should work with inferium and if it doesn't then you should report that as a bug... Do you have a hoe in the harvester pylon with an inventory above the pylon? 🤔 Also look at the pinned comment, bees are the way to get the most essence 😉
