I tried this recipe actually I give it 9 thumbs up. but I changed a little bit and I gave my own a little spin on it. When I did it the first time I went directly by your recipe I found it just a tad bit too sweet. So I changed it from a half a cup of honey to a quarter cup of honey, and a little just a little less Ginger. And for very last after the egg wash in the flour I added cornstarch one cup of flour and a half of cup are cornstarch makes it a lot more crispier. Cornstarch gives it just the right amount of consistency on your crust. Overall extremely good. Good job chef, can't wait to try your other recipes.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤❤❤

As for the double dipping in the flour and the chicken being clunky try putting the chicken in the refrigerator for about an hour then bring it out till room temperature then fry because the moisture in the refrigerator makes stick to the chicken.
