I love the orange pepper season. I purchased the large bottle on Amazon on February 24th for 12.95. I liked it so much I went back to purchase another one last night and the price doubled to 24.95. It's also difficult to find in Atlanta. Everybody is purchasing the sauce up.

If you like orange these are crazy good! Definitely different but delicious!Just enough heat(I only did 1/4 tsp cayenne for my personal heat taste)to balance with the orange flavor.Very flavorful! And as usual an easy detailed video.

So I'm a late bloomer. Just found out about orange pepper seasoning. Just got a bottle in the mail today and this is the first recipe video I've seen. The wings look amazing. Can't wait to try. I'm thinking about following all the steps but smoking them on the grill. I must say I'm reluctant to use the fish sauce. I believe I used it in something a few years ago (cant remember what dish) but i think I recall not liking that flavor.

Smoking them on the grill would step up the flavor profile. You can leave out the fish sauce. It does have an acquired taste however the flavor of it is not strong in the recipe.

Around 6:30 to 7:00 you talk about food safety, using the marinade, I agree with you, save some for of the marinade before you put chicken into it... you don't need somilena poisoning.... I watched a " so called chef" making chicken cordon blue , dip his spoon into a container of Dijon mustard, smooth it on a raw chicken breast, and go back into the container of Dijon mustard... I don't know if he threw it out but that container of mustard became contaminated

@@AllWingsEverything I ran out of wings so i used 2 legs for a test in the airfryer i cooked both of them on 400 and they didn't come out like yours they were burnt what temperature would you cook them on if you were doing them in the air fryer but the lemon pepper ones came out great

I cook them typically on 400 but for less rime around 20 to 25 mins.

I added the orange pepper seasoning in the beginning to the marinade, then when I realized it I was too scared to add any more for the sauce thinking it may be too salty because I didn’t have a whole lot of chicken. But the family loved it. That’s the good thing about something you never had, you don’t know what it’s supposed to taste like anyway! 😅😂

You can. The sazon seasoning has salt so thats why I didnt add additional salt to mine. Then the orange pepper seasoning also has salt
