It is :) I'm lucky enough to live about 2 hours from Glencoe and go there a lot for hiking, camping or skiing. It is a truly beautiful place and if hiking is your thing, you are spoilt for choice. Anything from a well worn path all the way to over 3000', and you start almost at sea level, or the hardest ridge walk in Britain, the Aonach Eagach. I'd seriously recommend checking out some KZbin footage of it, it's absolutely stunning and the views down into the glen are breathtaking.

Amazing video footage, really enjoyed your blog, I've just got the Mavic 2 Pro and hope to capture some of these magnificent views, we love the Highlands, Glencoe’s one of our favourites, we did the first part of the Lost Valley, but didn't have time to go the full way, so its a must for us to go back and make the time. We have toured around Scotland on several occasions, we jus keep wanting to come back and explore more of this beautiful part of the country, with amazing landscapes, very nice and welcoming people, great food and the unpredictable weather makes the country looks quite mysterious or mystical. Can’t wait to go back, we're off to the Cairngorms later this year, just hope everything is settled and we are able to do our next Scottish Highlands adventure.

Hi Kelvin. Both hikes we did were accessible by foot from where we stayed (Clachaig Inn), but we had to get a taxi there from Fort William. Getting a taxi from Fort William was easy, but I’d advise pre-booking the return journey as there were less taxis available on the way back.
