30:42 That snack name is ขนมเบื้อง (Khanom Buang). It's ancient Thai dessert from Sukhothai Era. Made from rice flour, coconut milk, yolk, etc.

That beef noodle soup looked amazing! But, um, you might not know this, and I don't want to ruin your meal or anything, but those pork balls you think are made from pork are actually made from beef. They are beef balls. In Thailand, we usually keep beef and pork dishes separate. If you order beef, you're getting all beef, no pork mixed in. This is because some religions, such as Islam don't eat pork while some Buddhist sects don't eat beef. Therefore, most restaurants and food stalls separate beef and pork.

I hope you are having a great time in Thailand. The crispy snack with white sweet cream is good. The yellow hairy thing is made from egg york, and the orange one with savory flavor is made from coconut and shrimp.

All I know is that the yellow filling is known here in Portugal as «Fios de ovo», here they make cakes with that same filling. Sorry for my English.

Very very hot ! It was like 37 degrees but not humid so it was doable with a lot of iced drinks stops

@DianaNevenTravel Don't take this comment seriously. The word cheap conveys no negative connotation. I'm Thai and I didn't feel offended by such word.

@@mjsisme Word CHEAP has (quite often) negative and derogatory connotation in English language. I believe it is different in Thai language, but simple and crude translation often does not work well.
