Que vergonha cara, como pode uma marca top, de alta linha, conceituada em diversos países, com carros excelente tratar seu consumidor, seu cliente como lixo. BMW do Brasil, vcs são nada mais que incompetente, arrogante, com um pós venda que não chega perto de um saco de lixo.... Não é a marca, mas as pessoas que as representa no Brasil.. A gerência mundial da BMW precisa urgentemente tomar medidas rígidas e sem limites com seu pessoal no Brasil. BMW não pode ser representado por essa turma no Brasil. Lamentável. M5 com menos 200 km, apenas 200 km, com defeito e pasme, não tem garantia, com erro de projeto a ponto de matar o cliente e consumidor.
