Lol, you make me laugh. This Zed wasn't good and I'm pretty sure it doesn't take a genious or someone is Challenger to know that... You're supposed to have 10 cs every min, that's the goal but this Zed's farming was bad as it was 179 cs at 28 mins. Not to say mention that he had poor decision makings. You can get 10 cs every minute in a bronze match but in challenger they know how to punish farming. Look at 1:40, zed goes in to hit a minion and loses half his health because of it. If he woulda gone after every minion he woulda been forced to recall, losing even more gold and exp plus his map presence. Even being at half hp could be dangerous with Rek Sai as their jungler, since she can sneak in and CC. Irelia has teleport, too, so zed really has to be ready for a fight at all times this match. The point of getting CS is to be ready for a fight when it breaks out. No point in buying items if you have no HP to fight with! At 2:20 you can see both Zed and Cho are feinting attacking the minion in order to bait out Diana to use her Q. They pretend to hit it but preemptively juke away. They miss the creep but diana falls for it big time. If you think about it, a sapphire crystal is 250 mana for 350 gold, or 1.4 gold per mana. That minion was about 11 gold and diana's Q is 55 mana, so that's 0.20 gold per mana! That means Diana lost 77 gold worth of mana (relative to sapphire crystal) while zed only lost 11. Zed missed the minion but got ahead because of it. Diana also has a really small mana pool, so it's worth even more to waste her mana. It also goes on cooldown allowing Zed to freely farm for a few seconds. Dodging her Q will give you a larger immediate advantage than farming, so you can't judge a player solely by their creep score.

You're not at their level because you don't yet understand what makes them exceptional, and as a consequence you don't notice it when you see it. That's why high level games look low level to low elo players. As an example: to most bronze players, competitive level games look not much better than bronze to them. But as those bronze players get better, and higher in elo, they start to have a good enough understanding of the game to see what makes them better.
