Its not just the power consumption that is a factor for me, *but my energy levels while staring at the screen...* in my case moving much of my workflow to e-ink was *because of how energy sapping I found LCD etc screens,* and what the Supenote then offers has been a bonus. The _'current'_ downside of e-ink devices is the high cost which I believe can be attributed to the screens, but if the purchase of such devices ramps-up to the point that they are mass produced, and more competitors appear... I expect the costs to drop significantly.

Yes, I completely agree, that’s a great point! I think there are many more benefits to e-ink screens than people realize!

Yeah I see my iPad as more of a laptop or movie/video watching device, but my Supernote is my notebook for sure!

Great comparison! I have had the remarkable 2 and the book note air 3 c. And they are great espesially the remarkable. But I ended back to my iPad Pro an iPad mini. It is not as good as the two others when writing, but when my employee uses office 365 and they don't let less known e-ink devices connect to onedrive, it limits my options. Also I need multiple documents from teams and outlook when in meetings etc. Then for me is iPad the best with one note and Apple Pencil for notes. I wish I could have an iPad with e-ink screen and all the functions of an iPad 👍 Maybe in the future, but it will probably not be an apple device 😂

Yeah that is fair, I don’t see Apple going into the E-Ink screens anytime soon if ever.

Thanks for the good vid. Can you edit your Supernotes notes on an ipad later? Can you like move them to onenote, or some other space?

You can definitely view them on the iPad, but the best way is to send them over as pdf’s so it’s not as easy to edit them at least as far as I have found

Have you looked at the Boox Peo AIr 3C

Yeah I have. I’ve tried two different Boox devices and didn’t really like either of them. I know they are the right choice for some people but they are not for me. I’m not a fan of the color screens as they basically require a front light and that produces a larger gap in the screen when writing. Also, they have a higher refresh rate and a faster processor, but unfortunately that makes their battery life pretty bad for E-Ink devices. So they aren’t for me, but if you absolutely need the full features of an Android tablet, then they are a good option
