It’s a safe diversity in dividend etfs and such but if you get into income etfs you can get way better dividend payouts monthly. BITO payed me $277 on $5000 invested last month.

Just make sure you're taking into account both the risk and the NAV erosion

@ I have my safe plays and my growth portfolios but when it comes to dividends and a dividend specific portfolio for passive income NAV erosion is only a concern if the etf is on the decline and not making money. In which case I have a get out price point. But for me right now 3% dividend payout isn’t even an option with ETFs paying 50-100% dividends. Can’t put all eggs in one basket but I still struggle to see nav erosion as bad when you looking for passive income. It’s the buy the dip thought.
