Keep doberman at your home only if you have time and lots of space for them to play. I'm sharing this with personal experience. If you tie them or keep in small space then they'll definitely become aggressive and will start biting people, disobeying your commands. Atleast spend 1 hr in the morning and 1hr in the evening with them. They are high energy dogs and need daily exercise.

You are right, the same thing happened to me, don't buy dogs from such people, they aren't bad but they can give you a good quality pup, not a great quality one, I will advise you, go to scoobers, check out the videos, you will find breeders who specialize in only one breed, you will get specialized breeder for GSD, for Doberman, for Rottweiler, etc. Contact them, they will immediately respond, there are some cons to such a breeder, the first thing is, they might not give you a pup immediately but they will ask you to wait for some time for a pup, the second thing is, the cost of the pup will be 5k-10k more than what this guy will ask for but, remember the pup you will receive will be of far greater quality than this guy can ever provide you.
