I am obsessed with drum pedals and software. As a guitar player doing solo/duo stuff I have yet to find a better pedal than the Digitech Trio plus. Drums play slightly off like a natural drummer. I'm finding pedals as of late all have the same drum styles. Only thing different is you can have fills on the fly on some pedals. Good job on the review of this pedal. :)

Hi, is it possible to edit patterns? 11 possibilities per genre does sound pretty narrowing solution for a jamming

Nope, you can't edit the patterns but you don't need to stick to a single genre. As an example, you can use lots of rock or jazz patterns for metal with proper bpm. They feel like Ska or Blast time to time above 200 Bpm :D

As far as I remember you can adjust the order of different types of patterns and you can play the audio with that order.

Man I just saw this on another guys video and I’m just blown away because I have been searching for these beats on a pedal. The beat buddy mini is good but it just doesn’t have that slam and groove of a breakdown from a metal transition. Again lol I’m sold thanks man. Also I should be able to use a laptop to download firmware into this right ??

Yeah, you can download the software to your pc and update the firmware with it.

Also man I used the SR 16 ALESIS back in the day when I was recording myself, on a 4 track. I moved up to the fostex 8 track. And eventually when In studio to record my first album, where I did all guitars and vocals, as well as bass. I don’t want to post a link without your permission. Man, I finally find time to check and listened the "Cutoff". It's amazing. I really liked the raw attitude on the vocals and the pairing of guitar and bass. The drums are on point but it feels a little bit of "plastic" with a narrow spectrum of velocity. I think it will killer with a real, wide drum set. Nice Work!

@@vyacheslavkarasyov3102 There's a small swith at the top of the software. If it says "disconnected" click to the switch. If it's still not working you might try different cables or different USB sockets.

Well, we don’t have a bead buddy in studio so X2 still the best in the room😁 Btw I checked the features, it’s really promising actually. But the price is nearly 4 times more than Mooer. BB can be superior but is it really necessary for simple jamming or street performing if we consider the needs? Also, thanks for your comment!

Dude, the video is from a year ago and I don’t remember the “variations” stuff but as far as I remember, demonstrating all of the samples in a video were impossible. If that’s the issue sorry about that.
