Hey! cool video. It's always fun to watch other people review electric stuff. In regards to your complaint about the battery monitor, they make voltage monitors that mount to handlebars for scooters. You could install one of those and tap into the positive and negative of the battery to get an accurate voltage/battery readout.

Im 32 years old with mild autism and i love my koppla gator cruiser electric motorcycle =) My koppla gator is my first electric motorcycle, I ordered my koppla gator from koppla a few weeks ago and i recieved my gator 5 days ago, I have put on 35 miles in that time i have noticed that gear 2 has the most power from a slow speed. My bike is the red and silver colors version i love that my black leather seat sticks out with the silver fenders. I used my own money to buy my gator, My gator helps with my mild autism i get mental relaxation and physical exercise. I love that my gator weighs 240 pounds. It cost $249 to register and get a rear license plate here in washington state. I love that my gator has 5000 watts total power. The seat is comfortable and calming. Its my 33rd birthday month here in may and i will be having fun riding my gator =)

Hello! Thank you so much for what you are doing. Funny thing is that I have been looking at BOTH of the "scooters" you have just reviewed. The Ariel Grizzly and this Koppla. I am a motorcycle rider and just want something reliable, fun, and relaxing. Just "looking" with my eyes, it appears that the Koppla looks the most comfortable. However, I LOVE the power of the Grizzly and the dual motors. But at 6 feet tall, I always look at the height of the seat in relation to the pedals and think "no way". Cramped. So, I also wondered if you could "raise" the seat? Spacers perhaps? QUESTION: For both of you. If you could only choose ONE of these that you have reviewed, which one and WHY? Thank you again so much! Outstanding job!!

The kopla is actually faster than the grizzly and more comfortable but the grizzly is more fun and as it's a class 2 ebike it's able to be ridden on sidewalks legally the kopla comes out of Cali and you will get it quicker than a grizzly but they are both super fun rides if your in Florida feel free to come test drive either and if you decide you want a koppla don't forget to use the discount code save some money please consider subscribing to our channel its the best way to support what we are doing

Oooo...So I love both bikes for different reasons. The koppla is awesome because I can ride with my son on the back comfortably, and it is all around a smooth comfortable bike with a lot of great features. The Grizzly is a ton of fun, and it is much more nimble lol. If you are looking for exercise you v can definitely get that with the Grizzly....You can take the Grizzly through more than the koppla... that would be a tough choice.

Hello.... Such great videos on this scooter. Quick question. Am really interested in Koppla Gator. Like the top speed. Only question is: "Is it fast off the line like your Grizzly?" Was wanting to know in case got into situation to avoid accident and needed to be nimble and quick? I've ridden smaller electric scooter that was "jumpy and jerky" when you start. Probably like your Grizzly. I've also owned a Honda Ruckus and it was so slow and had to "wind up" off the line to get going. Would that be more like the Gator? Kind of "wind up" off the line to get going, or jumpy torque? Thank you again!

Well, I guess it's not meant to be. Twice now I have attempted to purchase this bike and been refunded (which is at least reassuring). Even though the site claims that shipping in the United states is "free" (excluding Hawaii and canada it actually does state) key west florida does not fall under free (even after making a phone call directly to them and stating my location and being told, "oh that's no problem"). Koppla did send me an email stating that it would cost them $1500 to ship to me therefore they refunded the purchase. That's twice I've gotten that same msg about that price, once from koppla and the other from eahora for the same bike. If anyone reading this can help I'd love to talk about it. I still love the bike and these reviews are amazing unfortunately I must be cursed not to have it bc I live where I live. No one here nor do the moped shops here carry electric mopeds, they refuse. I thought that if I took a chance and purchased from a company that ive never heard of and had few reviews on their site that I'd be helping out ppl that were also nervous about it. I wanted to bring this bike to the attention of key west but it's not looking promising do to shipping. I've taken the chance with my money twice, I'm not willing to take a 3rd chance with new companies as I've done so far. Pls no one bash this company or feel discouraged about this bike, my situation is my own and I'm only sharing my experience to educate those that may have felt the same nervousness to press the buy button.

You're completely wrong about the Florida laws on this. It's not a moped, and the laws your described apply only to mopeds. Also, since it's capable of more than 25mph, and over 2.5HP(Edit - 5kW is = to about 6HP) it has to be registered as a motorcycle, not scooter, which represent the 49cc range. You DO have to register these, you DO need a tag, but you DON'T need insurance, or a helmet(pls wear a helmet anyway, at the very least safety glasses).
