Hahaha yeah I run a ex 2 and as you see from my videos I’m seated a lot of the time as well and I think your the only iv seen mention it on film how important your foot placement and angle is From control to being able to transition from seated to standing and vice versa it’s the whole thing it impacts your leg swing everything good job homie forreal great video keep them coming we gonna have to do one soon together my friend

Well I think that Sherman S looks much better and it is also much more durable. Suspension is the future for high performances wheels because it is a lot safer during high speed riding. Anyway enjoy your Monster, great wheel for sure.

Thanks for that bro, I would say the Sherman s maybe the better wheel, but it hasn’t proven its self yet. As far as the look, I’m more of a sporty guy so the pros look is a lot more customizable and sleek. As for the suspension, I agree that the future of euc is suspicious but I disagree that it’s for high performance, performance come from stability not suspension, with cars or motorcycles suspension is locked for dynamic turning, the unicycle isn’t any different. I really appreciate this review I watch this review several weeks ago knowing a couple days before I would get the monster Pro! So this review help me out a a lot especially with the female Rider only being 5"6 because that's how tall I am. I love this wheel a lot but the only downsize is that it's not a rain resistant wheel but it's great. I love it so much the speed and it runs very smoothly my whole thing getting on it at first because it was kind of hard for me coming from a Nikola because of the weight and how high the tire is but I'm used to it now. I just started riding 4 months ago and I'm already riding a Monster Pro.

You forgot the most important con, this wheel overheats asf on hills during warm days, I am talking about only 2 kms of hill climb and you are done done at 80c+

she kept overheating every time i too kher out to ride during the summer eventually, but to be fair it was like 95 - 103. now that it's cold asf I can ride more, but imma do a thermal mod as she's still stock (more paste, vents, potentially even a full on waterblock and radiator) it's the board overheating i believe

I love my Monster Pro too and I'm really not motivated to get any of the new wheels. Do you have more than one? I'm really tempted to get a second one to backup my MPro, especially since I have the original big bore motor. If anything happens to my MPro I'll have to get a new motor and control board.

Hey wassup, yea, I do ride it during the rain. I rain proofed it, above the wheel under the body and silicon around the lights, I also covered the main board in waterproof liquid.

I am considering the Monster on my list of next wheels. Mainly against the Master and the Veteran Sherman S. I feel like the range on the Master would be to lackluster. How does the Monster handle going down curbs or even stairs in your opinion?

Yes the master pro is a commuter, or race wheel, not for range at all. Down and up hills it does very well never had and issue. Going up you would need a faster start then some of the newer wheels. Going down curbs easy, for steps, four or less, I wouldn’t recommend any more then that.

@@BlackElroy I ended up ordering the Sherman S. I had over 8000 miles on my Sherman before my wreck, and it never gave me an issue. Also, that suspension is pretty nice. I was super tempted by the Monster though, especially for $3k on sale.

@@BlackElroy Thanks for your answer. Looking to get one soon, so I've got a few more questions please. I suppose you have the first version motor, with bigger bearings and curved spikes. Do you know if the later version (smaller bearings and straight spikes) has a stronger rim? And how do they compare performance wise?

@@Gebeleizis. the curve spoked rim and the straight are pretty similar in durability, the motors in the curved are stronger but the batteries in the straight have better cells, but slightly less range.

@@BlackElroy What you're saying matches what I've found out so far: the curve spoked version has a QS motor with better torque (EX motor) and with M50T cells, whereas the straight one has the classic C30 with 50E cells. Wasn't aware of the slight range difference and the durability however. Thanks for answering and happy riding ✌️

I hear that, other then the nik and OG Sherman, the mpro has a good history. Cracked Rim issues are the only complaints. These new wheel got a lot of hype but people are cutting out on them.

Yea I agree these things are all about opinions, I got 4 wheels but I’m always on my pro, so it’s the best to me. I use it for most things.

@@BlackElroy it is crazy how getting on my old non suspension 16X can still be so much fun. As flawed as the master suspension arm geometry is, it really soaks up the bumps. Always feels strange going back and forth, the king song feels so tiny.
