All it takes is someone saying the wrong thing. When I was playing hockey, the trash talk on the ice can get really vulgar and can spark a chain of events like this. If the teams are already heated or if there is a rivalry between them then this is going to happen. Hockey is hockey and only someone that's been on the ice would understand
