This Glycerin you get at bakery items shops life Arife. You can skip the Glycerin if you cannot get it. But just make sure you wrap the cake well once its baked and cooled at room temperature. Then keep this cake in the fridge for a day and slice it when it's still cold. let come to room temp again and then serve, or you can just microwave the cake slices for a few seconds if in hurry and then serve

After Baking let it cool completely and then cling wrap in keep in the fridge for a Day. This will help in proper slicing of the cake. The cake can then be kept at Room Temperature for a week or in fridge for a month in air tight box. Thanks for watching

This recipe already has eggs, and with Glycerin the cake is moist, and the crumb is dense. You can purchase Glycerin online. I have not tried adding extra eggs instead of Glycerin. You can definitely add an extra egg and try

While baking half way through the baking time, place an aluminum foil over the cake tin and continue baking. Also check your oven temperature it may be too high. I hope this helps and all the best for your next try
