I did this today. I’ve been using resistant bands at home for ab a month but girl! I could only bare 30 min which was the first 3 movements for me. I plan on working up to completing the entire workout. Thank u for sharing!

I love this !! My gym has very limited equipment and no free weights so its hard for me to find workouts that will really help me see results. The only workout I could think of was the cable pull thru with this machine, but now i have a complete workout. This was very helpful thank you ❤️

You are doing a great job, don’t doubt yourself, maintain your assertiveness, because it makes your information seem stronger, I do my sets the same as you because the way my body is built, it’s more important for my body to maintain its natural form and this is why I also lean towards the front, and this is how i can feel the workout target my glutes instead of making my back do all the work if I stand straight up in an unnatural position; thank you again for all the great information.

love your voice, very calming and reassuring. love the clarity of your instructions and the vulnerability, where you are literally sharing with us, if you are not sure if you explained clearly. I got it all! I am a personal trainer, and for me this is golden. sometimes, when you are exhausted and just wanna be in one place and not carry heavy plates for clients, cable machine is THE PERFECT solution. so thank you for doing an amazing job giving clear and followable instructions on the alternative way to do deadlifts and squats and kickbacks and such. Now I can just highjack one side of a cable machine and spend the whole session with my client there, inserting some ab work in between it all:) just lay a mat someplace near:) thank you thank you thank you!

Great video!! I’m just wondering, what are the differences between kneeling and standing pull throughs? Do they target different muscel groups?

Yes, when you stand you train other muscles. When kneeling you can target , and get more tension from your glutes, hams and quadriceps. So she shutsdown the muscles who begin on the knee. Sorry if i didnt write this in proper english i am from Holland. Goodluck with your training!

@@kels.v It said the same for me but it didnt take that long. I think it was a week-week and a half tops. However I got the non-customized ones. So it may differ if you get the customized ones. The ones I bought were olive green, long, with the v cut waist, and scrunch butt. They were really good quality.
