It's to help your pelvis get use to the real movement. You will last longer. Not make your private area longer to those who don't overstand these exercises. ❤

Yeah the creator of this video has no clue about how generics affects your package. No amount of stretches, exercises or drugs will ever make it permanently big.

I see 8, 9, and 10, as the same animation. All Cat/Cow stretch, despite Cat/Cow being #8 only. Puppy pose and Twist, #9 and #10 respectively, should be different, I believe. Please check.

I'm 38. I implimented hip thrust and back arches 1 day and was bricked up for like 24hrs. Your whole body is connected not a bicep is a bicep and a tri a tri. Its an arm. Work all muscles and they'll support eachother!

I see he did the cat stretch across 3 movements without changing. That's not Puppy Pose he's doing. No Bent Knee Lying Twist displayed You may want to re-edit. Other than that, great content.

The exercises/yoga poses are awesome and helpful! But there are many errors in this video, it's quite concerning if this is supposed to be an educational video. #8 is the common yoga sequence known as cat / cow. Cat being the back is arched up like a rainbow and cow is butt sticking out and lower back/stomach held low. #9 and #10 are incorrect and not the puppy pose and Bent knee lying twist.

You ever hear of an elephant walk? To stretch the back of your legs? Stretching is half the exercise. Definitely increasing blood flow in the legs and arms is good.
