I see 8, 9, and 10, as the same animation. All Cat/Cow stretch, despite Cat/Cow being #8 only. Puppy pose and Twist, #9 and #10 respectively, should be different, I believe. Please check.

I'm 38. I implimented hip thrust and back arches 1 day and was bricked up for like 24hrs. Your whole body is connected not a bicep is a bicep and a tri a tri. Its an arm. Work all muscles and they'll support eachother!

The exercises/yoga poses are awesome and helpful! But there are many errors in this video, it's quite concerning if this is supposed to be an educational video. #8 is the common yoga sequence known as cat / cow. Cat being the back is arched up like a rainbow and cow is butt sticking out and lower back/stomach held low. #9 and #10 are incorrect and not the puppy pose and Bent knee lying twist.

You ever hear of an elephant walk? To stretch the back of your legs? Stretching is half the exercise. Definitely increasing blood flow in the legs and arms is good.
