In the worst case, trying to extinguish it with water will result in a huge explosion. The best solution is to simply put a lid on the pot and wait for the food to cool down. Never ever use Water.

That is actually what's wrong with the video! One expected light hearted stuff you can laugh and giggle about and then you are suddenly confronted with serious fatal or near fatal accidents. There's nothing lighthearted with a mountain climber losing his grip and almost falling to this death. These serious incidents should not have been included in this video.
