0:27 If you notice the blurred part of the road, my speculation is there was sadly another bear cub that was hit by a car, either initially run over or later by another car, hence the mother bear and her second cub still being there and close to the body of the killed cub. Very heartbreaking. And assuming they blurred the image of the deceased bear due to the graphic nature. After looking up an image of the video online, it seems the Daily Mail had an article about it and placed the incident somewhere in Russia. And maybe Russian media blurred the image. May the bear cub rest in peace.
