I think the worst is that anyone is stupid enough to inhale anything through such a large tube must not know the difference between trachea and esophagus. One is for swallowing, the other for air, you mix them up, you choke. Someone here said that they are not inhaling but sipping, it's impossible to get enough suction through such a big column by just using your mouth volume, so you have to inhale, no other choice.
