Love these shades. When I was young, I wore a blush by Ultima II (department store line owned by Revlon) in Burnished Bordeaux. Of course, it has been discontinued years ago and I have never found anything that is an exact replacement, but berry and wine shades always call to me.

Burgundy really suits your skin tone. Patrick Ta, she's wanted, along with 2 more of his pinky tone blushes . I bought 5 of the RMS blushes. I love that brand, and 5 of the Kosas blushes as well. Thanks Risa!! These look SO good 👍 Another one I'll mention is the Danessa Myricks holiday 4 pk of the Yummy skin blurring balm blushes! It's got a plum shade, a latte shade - these 2 are full size, then red velvet & bellini ! All gorgeous, very blurring for pores & all for are only $35 ! Her lowlights, which are basically highlighters, are gorgeous too! I have textured skin & large pores so I love the way the formula blurs & sets down to last all day 🎉❤❤❤

I got the Kosas blush over the summer & love it! Interested to hear your thoughts on Rare Beauty Soft Pinch powder blush. It's a lot like the RMS: almost half blush/half highlighter. It's very soft & glowy. It looks gorgeous. I'm wondering if it would be suitable for more mature skin (I'm 49). Love all these colors Risa!! I want to try the Maybelline one and the MAC one! Curious if you or anyone on here would know of any more affordable shades to match the Westman Atelier blush in the shade Petal. Or the YSL make me blush shade in #44. Some of my favorite shades! "Cheeky" by Merit or "Carmel" by Persona are both pretty similar to Petal. I have the YSL 44 and Armani 62 Delicate Mauve which are virtually identical but same price unfortunately. Check out the Saie "Chilly" mauve? I don't know about the formula but the shade looks very similar! Not drugstore but I hope that helps🌸

Gucci intense plum or Intense Ruby. We do not have them at our Sephora. It’s hard to figure out the color and swatches online. I just wonder which one looks better. I plan to buy one of the colors. Swoon is the only Kosas blush shade that I have seen that has actual glitter in it. It’s purple glitter, and idk why they put it in Swoon when none of the others have actual glitter, and it ruins that shade for me 😢

I Love You Risa but FYI: You may wanna steer clear of Patrick Ta for awhile. Mold has been found in many of his cosmetics, especially eyeshadows, but others as well. Tik Tok and You Tube has been blowing up about it! There's a You Tube Channel called: "Kiki Chanel" and she has a video called "This Greedy Makeup Brand Makes Me Mad". I watched it, I trust her, I've watched her for years, and OMG yea, I will NOT be buying ANYTHING from Patrick Ta, ever again. $42 bucks for two tiny eyeshadows filled with mold? No thanx. Blushes too. Just an FYI! Oh and you know what? These trendy brands are crap anyway. I find better eyeshadows from Colourpop, and Elf's new glitter singles, etc, and I love the prices. No way will I pay prices for a "trendy" brand just cause everyone else is doing it.

I get the most compliments on my skin when I wear Persona Cosmetics Dreamstick Cream Blush in the shade Teddy. @makeupbynikkilarose said it was one of her favorite formulas and I 💯 agree. I have a medium-to-deep complexion and it’s perfect on me but it also works on Nikki LaRose’s light olive complexion as well.
