That's the way... A Fourth Generation Fish n Chippie with a 40 year long standing batter recipe. Like the man said "Golden" is how it's cooked, any darker throw away. The purchase looked every bit worth the money. That's how it should be for the experience. The fish, potato scallop and chip review was a good idea.
