Hey great video but a little misleading with the title, these are not drones made for fishing, when I think of fishing drones I think of a bait release to fly out bait far into water with a high payload capacity and completely waterproof. Drones like the swell pro Splash Drone 4. Swell Pro FD1, Gannett Pro+, and the Sharkx Fishing Drone. They are real fishing drones specifically made for it. Just thought I would share if you ever wanted to do another video. They all have payload releases and can land in the water etc... Thank you great content.

I agree that the 2 DJI drones on here are usable for fishing, however the video is still misleading. No discussion on how they are used as a fishing drones. What is the delivery mechanism? The Mavics require a 3rd party attachment. They're both more cinematic drones that can be used for fishing. What about the others. I'm not sure the Potensic is strong enough.

With all due respect, none of the drones you show in this video are "Fishing Drones." Fishing Drones have a dedicated on-board bait release mechanism and bigger props for lifting the bait....They are usually a lot heavier than normal drones as well, so they can handle flying in stronger winds at the beach etc.

Most on here are just plain "parrots" for dji this, dji that and can go two thousand miles, daadiiidaa! Doesn't make any sense, at all except irritations in my earhole. SwellPro make the top drones dedicated to fishing, lifting up to 2kg payload, with a dedicated payload release, not a coat hanger nonsense. 😂😂😂😂

A terrible representation of a fishing drone.You talk about how great the drones are but nothing in relation to the applications in relation to fishing. How much weight they can carry .The line release etc etc. The point is "Fishing " If I wanted see what the best drones are yea great this vid definitely falls in this category. I was expecting to see u on the beach dropping a long line I mean what the hell are u promoting lol. There are way better fishing drone vids here on KZbin I suggest you have a look at them and learn something or change the tittle of your video. And just call it the 5 best drones. Dirrr...lol

Dont buy dji, and do not use DJI of any sort for fishing. My mavic 3 cine had software glitch, plummeted into ocean, line broke, 5k drone gone, DJI is not taking responsibility, blaming pilot error, they stated "its not allowed to carry any weight with it" i carried less than 100 grams of weight, some how drone thought i was on land and black box data showed it forced landing, but it didnt show on my rc controller any forced landing, it just changed its flight into vertical trajectory and spirallled down into the ocean. Dji response "We consulted our engineer, he told us that the aircraft added foreign objects at this flight, which could affect the Ultrasonic, it was active all the time and has a small value even when the aircraft reaches high altitudes. The aircraft will recognize it is still on the ground, the TOF height was 0m, after the pilot pulled down the throttle stick, Near Ground Landing was triggered and the aircraft landed to the water in the end" Which is not true, my rc controller didnt gave me any alarms for forced landing and ive flown my drone many times before, at many different places and used for fishing before, it did not land in water, it literally changed trajectory into vertical position and spiralled down rotating into ocean
