That is a sea slug, also known as ink fish and spanish dancer. I saw my first one very near pops last april. Thanks for th great video!

I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful beaches and restaurants and Gulf Stream Park Horse racing track, it’s the biggest in Florida, and Pegasus And Dragon Statue it’s the third biggest statue in the United States, Atlantic Village beautiful shopping mall and full with restaurants and nightlife, Big Easy Casino the second biggest casino in Florida, and your in the city that’s in between everything in south Florida, my favorite city in Florida perfect location.

Pop's is fun, the drinks are expensive, the beach is okay, but "the jetty" attracts a pretty squalid crowd.
