Here is a step-by-step tutorial: - click the link for the A310 in the description or the pinned comment - create an account on the X-Plane-Forum website - once done, you can see the download button for the aircraft on the right side - in the pop-up, choose either part 1 or part 2, these are the different versions of the A310, they shouldn't be too different from each other - when the download finished, unzip the file and place it in your X-Plane 11 "aircraft"-directory I hope this helped you!

Depends on which aircraft. In all the Reviere Airbus at least some of the buttons work, but there are some aircraft in my list where not buttons work at all. The best choice for a working cockpit would probably be the A340 with the cockpit-fix-file, which provides a cockpit in a good resolution with many working buttons. Please not that in most freeware aircraft, the quality and functions are limited, if you want a really good one consider buying the FlightFactor A320 for $80.

1. You have to download to A340 aircraft mod itself 2. Put the A340 aircraft mod in "X-Plane 11/Aircraft" or "X-Plane 11/Aircraft/Extra Aircraft" 3. Download the files for the 3D Cockpit via the link in the description 4. Replace the files from the original A340 mod with the ones from this download. Take the "cockpit", "cockpit_3d" and "objects" folders and the "AF346.acf" file and copy them in the A340 folder (should be "X-Plane 11/Aircraft/A340-600" or "X-Plane 11/Aircraft/Extra Aircraft/A340-600")

If you mean a link that takes you to the X-Plane-Forum, you unfortunately need to create an account there to be able to download a file. If you don't want to give them your email, you can aswell just use sites like 10minemail.com/ to get a temporary email adress and register with that.
