I was looking forward to see you post this video Bush! What a great day you guys had. BTW, you’re the best chef lol! And Takis are good too! I love those finger piers in Bradenton. Last year I visited my bro and dropped a GoPro and walked it along that pier. To my surprise the GoPro picked up everything!!! That place is LOADED with Sheep, snook, Red and Black drum and Spadefish. The structure that you’re walking is hollow like a cinder block. Every time I see you guys fish I get pumped and start thinking about taking some time off to hang with my brother and fish as many places in Tampa as I can before I head back to SoCal.

To fry fish, you need to fry both sides. Ergo you shouldn’t add spices before frying. You may add salt before frying and add spices after frying. If you add spices before frying the spices will be off and stay in the pan and can be burned.
