BEST FREE OFFLINE GPS Apps For Android & iOS

"Osm" Openstreetmaps & "And" means Android it's a remarkable name indeed but I think it is a great app tbf. Only 1 con i find is no real-time traffic info like road work, or traffic jams (even on the paid version(s) ) but Osmand is generally my main to go app for driving. Thanks for the video!

You can zoom out when creating a chunk of map and can create MULTIPLE chunks as well......

I just want an offline map. I don't want gps. And I don't want it to recommend restaurants and fucking gas stations to me. Just a map. Is that too much to ask? Seems so.

You can download a part of the map for offline use in Google Maps. I've tried it and it works well.

Disappointing video. No indication of what the different apps can do when offline. You talked more about what they are capable of whilst online. What’s the point calling the video offline?

GOOGLE MAPS SUCK ASS ! you have to keep updating it or else you wont be able to use it. even though they can just let you use the downloaded copy. instead it goes BLANK and forces you to reconnect to the internet to update it manually. ALSO the map you downloaded are stuck to that particular view, you cant zoom in it and get detailed information than what you have set when you downloaded your offline copy.
