I feel like the hardest part about killing Dwayne is the little detail of Niko looking away before he executes him. He already knows he's about to kill someone who he's formed a bond with, but if he turns away the opportunity then Dwayne would still hold a grudge for choosing to kill him than to protect him from Playboy, and Playboy would be on his ass for not finishing the job. It's such a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation for Niko and I just feel awful for him.
