I think my favorite part of this playthrough might be Pat telling everyone that Souls players are ornery and don't get all hyped and excited over their new game. Then the rest of the game happens and Pat gets so excited he jumps to every wrong conclusion.

Firesage is Stray demon with fire, Stray is Asylum with a different weapon. They're all bad examples of carbon copy bosses. The one in ds3 could technically be any of the 3, or some other demon that looks similar.

I've been thinking about maybe buying a Dark Souls game, I could use a new ball-crushing challenge in my life. I've only played Bloodborne, that's the closest I've gotten to a Souls game. So would anyone recommend that I try Dark Souls 2 first, because I'm on PS4 so unless the first game gets ported, I'm not going to play it. So should I start with the earliest game I can do, being Dark Souls 2, but I've heard that it's the worst of the Souls games, or at least of the three Dark Souls games. Or should I just skip to Dark Souls 3 because it may be the best one available?
