As someone who averaged about 3.5 in my last playthrough, here’s my advice to any who care to hear it: Always Godhand when maxed, TP comes back without items, health does not. Use Roulette for emergencies, like health, Roulette needs items to relenish. Never sprint towards enemies, you’ll usually just get punched in the face for your troubles. Always juke, it’s quick cooldown means you can sidestep / backflip out of it. If you can’t guard break consistently, just stop attacking instead. Enemies tend to wait a moment after guarding, so you have a bit of time to get your GB out. If you can’t, it’s still better than getting pushed back. Lastly, use weapons and items from the environment, as they are often better than regular attacks.

I was actually getting kindof impressed by Woolie in the beginning, using updodges to juke damage and cancel recoveries. He schooled that blade demon and did pretty well against the Amazon women pair. Then he ran into Tiger Joe and went back to spamming backflips. So close, yet so far. Tiger Joe is the only enemy in the game who will call you a bitch for having to unleash the god hand to beat him. Let's hope Woolie keeps it together for round 2.

@Karen, The Legend: The camera constantly is clipping through walls, Gene clips through objects, the skybox for the boat section looked just abhorrent, and a lot of the textures look like placeholders that seem to miss details. A lot of the graphics look outdated for the time the game came out. But as others have pointed out, the jiggle physics are always consistent.

The external collision is intentional. Since the camera is static and is always focused on Gene, it would literally be impossible to see in 90% of the environments. So to counteract it they just said fuck it. Clip the camera into the wall.
