There’s 3 achievements per legend that all require certain conditions to be met. I grinded all of them within the first 3 days Nathan was out. It was the most fun I’ve had on this game in a long time. I hope they do more of these challenges in the future!

Yeah, you can't really approach the Natlan Local Legends like you would regular enemies. Their gimmicks are actually important and you need to take them into account if you want to have an easy time fighting them. Especially if you're trying to get all the achievements on them since each one has three tied to them: one for beating them and two involving either perfecting or preventing their gimmicks. Fontaine and Chenyu Vale also have Local Legends, but they're not as in-depth as the Natlan ones. Still packs a punch though, so they can still wipe you out if you're not careful.

You probably did it for content but 2 characters without any healer or shielder on your team is... a challenge I guess.😅 For Cocijo the turtle, there's 2 rocks on opposite side of the arena that you can climb onto to dodge most attacks except for the lighting strikes. For the grappling hook lady, you can bring Amber to burn the Dendro hooks. Don't forget to move while aiming to avoid getting one shotted by her. These challenges do test your observation skills so you need to get used to their move sets. PS, If you ever want to challenge the Polychrome Tri Star (Fatui trio), bring the 3 elements to take down their shield, namely Pyro for Cryo dude, Hydro for Pyro guy and Cryo for the Electro chad. When the Pyro is defeated, he buffs the other 2's attack, Electro and Cryo will unleash an AOE high damage field when defeated.

yea local legends are tough! And just an FYI, there are 3 achievements for each local legends, so you gotta fight them 3 times to get all the achievements. Each achievements has different requirements to fulfill - 1st achievements are the easiest, just beat them... Congratz on beating Atlatl, there is another one where you dont have to have build characters, it is similar to Atlatl but instead of parry, it is dodge..

Honestly the turtle took me the longest. I believe how hard it was. And the lady singing to the animals was also hard and i was co op for that one. You lasted better than i did! 😭

Play how you like KB and this was a fun video to watch :) Might I suggest you adding other chars that are friends with Tighnari and Cyno to your team so at least you have a team of 4 characters? Tbh, you should be able to clear things easily with just Tighnari and Cyno only if you have them super built AND their constellations to brute force damage to make up for no buffer.

If it makes you feel any better, I barely beat that 2nd one but only because I buffed my guys up with my best meals and items, I had 3 healers (Xianyun, Baizhu, and Furina) plus Neuvillette (who is one of the most busted DPS). Yeah hardest open I was 'able to beat'. I found a Capybara one, you can forget it. I have no desire to stress myself out to find these Local Legends though. The ones I have fought, I came about them by chance.

Little tip on how to out-run the tortoise spin of doom and destruction : There is a movement mechanic called bunny hopping where you sprint and jump, and as soon as you land back, press jump again, also remember to keep holding W the entire time. If you started bunny hopping before your stamina is about to run out then you can still continue to hop given that you can perfectly execute the jumping. It took me 1-2 hours of practice to learn. **Me see the team** Uncompleted team. With two unsynergistic units. Fighting a boss that is supposed to test the limits of players' skill and damage-dealing capacity. Against an electro boss. With high electro resistance. With one of those poor unfotunatenite units being Electro Dps. Fighting style of the unit - I hug the emeny Enemy - you touch me you DIE My brain - malfunctions from the complete unlogicalily of the situation it sees. The power of friendship ain't gonna cut this one chief. “We have been trought worse enemies” No you weren't. So about the turtle boss. If you hit it a certain amount of times, specifically 34 times, he will get an electro shield. If you attack him within his “range”, the shield bounces back a thunderbolt dealing sh*t ton of dmg to you. So I recommend a shield and a long-distance dps. Now onto the fatui guy. When he does his clone stage where they have HP the real one will shoot a fire shuriken at you. If you apply enough elements to him to break his HP shield (hydro most effective) he will get stunned. They are supposed to be hard. They are Local “Legends” man. Nice dash I-frames thou. Yes you CAN break that. But it will probably not work if you will try to destroy Dendro grapple with Dendro attacks. I would recommend Fischl, Lisa, Barbruh, and stuff. Watch out for the cryo bomb that the Mualani boss will throw. I recommend Pyro. Bennet would be nice. Why is your traveler on a dull blade? Why? You know what never mind. *sigh* Also, each local legend has 3 achievements tied to it. Each one that is specifically inside the night kingdom will light up its respective pillar after being killed 3 times in an achievements describing way. And no, you can't do all 3 at the same time. Glad you now know what difficult content means and why you build characters. And yes I do have all local legends achievements.

I hope there'll be a part 2! You can definitely defeat all of them, though a 4 character team may be in order 😅 most of them are really fun and even the achievements are doable. Except the turtle. Fuck the turtle.

Well there are 10 of these in Natlan. 17 of these in fontaine. and 1 of these in Chenyu Vale. And I cleared all of them and got all Achievements. 😎 But that aside, You can do it!!!

11:01 Yeah with all special achievements too nonetheless like the no-hit one, killing without taking a hit from its deflect dmg, etc and they weren't too hard except for the one that requires you to use cryo (just needed to use kaeya) but I guess I have been playing since 1.2 so my account is pretty mature（*゜ー゜ *）

Well this was so much fun I haven't tried Natlan's local legends yet, haven't even finished with the Fontaine ones lol. I hope you do more of this, I laughed so much
