I feel you. My best friend has had a boyfriend for 8 months... 8 months of being ignored and forgotten about. I don't know what to do anymore. She never makes time for me, or suggests we go out to do something. Anything. It's so annoying. But then when we are at school she acts like we are best friends, and it's getting me so confused. She's the kind of person who gets away with everything cause everyone loves her, and she can never do the wrong thing and always gets everything good or that i wanted. Even though she has completely left me alone. Also her boyfriend happens to be family-friends of ours, which we go on holiday with. He NEVER talks to me anymore, if i'm walking with my 'best friend' he will just hug her and start tackling her to the floor, when I'm right next to them. He will completely ignore me. Now all his family do is talk about my best friend to my parents and me. Thats all the topic is every. single. day. Its making me feel like... idek anymore. I know I'm a bit jealous of her but I'm 100x more annoyed that she has kicked me to the side. I have never felt more alone in my life. I'm 16 and an only child. She was like a sister to me. She clearly doesn't even care about me anymore. All that she seems to care about is her boyfriend. I even asked her if she wanted to go to dinner at some point- she said yes- but then later said she couldn't because she had work... but then i found out that she met up with her boyfriend instead of me. Am I being unreasonable to say that she doesn't want to be my best friend anymore?
