One bad thing about this cards is you can't use this rewards points as the pteol pump employees are not aware about redeeming this rewards whether it is hello bpcl or any other my 500 rs are stuck in the app...

Thats true I also faced these issue with Indian oil pump but luckily there is a pump just beside my house. The staffs are really expert about their loyalty programme. Thats why luckily I don’t get any issue. I use my card every where . At time of redemption I just go to that specific pump😅

I spoke to idfc first customer care and they said, 1.5% cashback is not additional when we pay via hp pay app. It's separate. So either you get 5% or 1.5%. Also there is no fuel waever off. So it's 4.5% only for idfc first

Self employed people most times get denied of card request. Since I am a self employed and office address and home address are the same I get denied most times. The pathetic RbL indian oil credit card I made two transactions for 850 from two different Indian oil petrol pumps from same district. In the statement, one time 860.03 was charged and next time, 871.5. Tried to confirm the reason for the same and they were answering that, it is because of the POS machine that the petrol pump used. How will a customer know which POS machine are they using? Moreover, the point redemption procedure cause even more headache. So I made the request to cancel it.
