You cannot comment on a headset after just the first use. Sure you can do a sound and microphone test, but you cannot say that one is more comfortable that the others after just first use which you are stating. You need more time with each headset!

Hello there! If I had Razer Kraken Pro V2 and get Blackshark V2 Pro (2023 edition), will there be a big difference in audio? Like is there noticeable difference between Kraken series and Blackshark series sound quality? Anyone knows? :) I mean the Kraken V3 Pro does sound more pleasant in the video here…

I got the 2023 version, if you’re playing on the PS5 it’s not good at all, I couldn’t increase the volume even after tweaking the settings on my computer, but it’s great for PC use.

I just sent them back after trying everything. PS: it's a problem that has been going on for more than a year and no one has ever said anything... what a shame.
