been using La roche posay for more than a year now. worth it. aabutin ka for 4-6 months sa isang bottle. i know it's pricey, but it's worth it. of course it doesn't make my skin glass smooth like and occasionally may pimples pa rin due to stress, pero obvious yung certain glow maybe dahil na rin sa gentle siya w niacinamide na rin

The only thing that's stopping me from using the Vitamin C version of the Dr. Sensitive cleanser was because bawal ipagsabay ang Vitamin C and another regimen sa routine ko. Nasa point na ako na natatakot ako kahit "small amounts" of Vitamin C lang naman meron haha. Pero I think ittry ko siya kasi wala na talagang stocks yung aloe version huhuhu.

I love the Dr. Sensitive, but the Vitamin C na nasa cleanser nila is very negligible hahaha. As in super katiting lang yan and derivative pa (which isn't irritating + doesn't counteract other ingredients). So I wouldn't worry about it at all!

If your skin can tolerate it then use it everyday (at least once a day) then slow down if you feel your skin start to feel dry

You can have the perfect skincare routine pero pwede ka pa rin magka-acne kung di mo siya ginamot. The same thing happened to me before. Kung nagkaka-acne ka, it's not always your skincare products. It could be na may underlying acne issue ka na that needs treating. So consult ka na dapat sa derm for acne meds para maagapan siya. But good na may skincare routine ka na to prevent further irritation & flaring of your acne. :)

Tamang tama tong vid na toh bcs I’ve been looking for a gentle gel type cleanser na pang-morning. I bought a Neutrogena Hydroboost cleanser and I’ve been testing it for a month now. Once every week ko lang siya tina try and sa kada wash ko… yes, super hydrating talaga and pinakalma/soothe niya ang sensitive skin ko PERO I noticed na nagkaka 1-3 acne ako kaya I’m still testing it and only use it once every week. I’m not sure if dahil ba talaga sa Neutrogena but one week na akong hindi gumagamit nyan now and I have no any active acne right now. I may wanna try it next week again at kung magka tiny acne ulit ako, I’ll stop using it na.
