I live in flat and have plants in pots with no direct rains. For quite some time my plants are not growing at all. Neither these are dying nor even a leaf is coming out. I used 4 spoons of neem khali and about a spoon of bone meal in the first week of July. My Chinese Evergreen had about 12 leaves in June. Now it has only 4. Leaves are getting yellow and dying. Soil is well drained and watering is optimal. The rubber plant is also dropping a leaf every week or 10 days. Some one told that roots are seized. I dont know what to do. Please help.
