Use buckwheat similarly. Grain can be cooked similar to rice. Buckwheat is called Kuttu flour. Fantastic to make rotis. Very nutritious and brings blood glucose down for diabetics.

Mam when we boil Amaranth in water after sometime it becomes sticky, so shall we strain the water and just take only amaranth, plz suggest, eating laddoos of amaranth is good or not, i love it, so i eat 2 or 3 laddies at a time, is it bad,

It has to be noted that amaranth has high glycemic index - approximately of 107 and an insulin curve that suggests an insulinogenic effect. This is the reason why Nmami suggests that the grain should be consumed in combination with low GI foods like wheat.

Hey ... even i am a mother of 18 month old baby n breastfeeding... my weight came to pre pregnancy weight only by feeding. Dont diet too much or else body aches will start later on. Eat healthy n eat when u feel hungry.

Rajgira Atta is Very Good but unfortunately one cannot get Rajgira Bread and we have make Chapati at Home. The other option are Bajra and Jawari Atta Equally Good.

Many people r putting KZbin videos mentioning Quinoa millet recipe, Quinoa Cereal. As u said Quinoa belongs to Amaranth family like Rajgira. Quinoa is overhyped and overpriced.
