Treespear is buffable, especially with Order's Blade, making it the best AR by far, even in PvE, also unique heavy attack with followup.

Treespears in pvp are very dependent on the latency between you and your opponent. On Low latency on a mostly dex slightly faith build, they're better than Vyke's imo because of the much longer reach and better heavy attacks + higher AR + holy vs fire damage. They are also buffable, and sacred order increases overall damage by 10%, and stacks for both weapons if you are powerstancing . Additionally, since they have split damage and are buffable, drawstring/normal holy grease is actually really effective on them because of the already base holy damage favoring defense reduction calcs.

I love vykes war spear. The fire damage and madness buildup is so nice for faith/dex builds. It can actually kill bosses better than my +14 bloodhound claws which procs bleed quite fast. The damage and poisse breaking just makes it a better weapon than claws for most situations. The AoE of its frenzied flame is nuts, the blast from it can easily slaughter groups of enemies, so at higher levels that makes it the perfect tool for farming runes from weak enemies. I was using it to clear out the group of 4 snail snakes before the bloodhound night in volcano manor. One shot kill. The bloodhound night took 2 times to kill him, but my Vykes is only +6 right now.

sacred order is 10% damage period not just holy so its slightly lower in general than golden vow but it also gives another 100% extra damage to all undead type enemies and makes skeletons not revive and lasts for 60 seconds

How can Serpent Hunter not be S-tier in PvE? Everything you said is true, but it is an iconic weapon for speed runs and no-hit runs, and has probably been in more Elden Ring KZbin videos than any other single weapon. It would definitely be in the ER Hall of Fame if there were such a thing, so, gotta be S-tier.

Serpent hunter is the best for speed runs and Hitless runs and you can get scripted kills on every boss pretty much so I would say it’s S tier

to this day i still favour my Impaling Thrust Lance over many other weapons, it is insane how good it can work for poise break on bosses and is good on PvP too imo

Lol, Treespear is by far the best spear for PVP. It's not banned in competitive tourneys for nothing. With order's blade buff it becomes a DPS Monster. And the R2 is basically genocidal. In PvE the buff/AoW destroys undead mobs
